Cadence Contracting was formed in 2007 with the idea to offer personal Landscape Management services to HOA to communities. We wanted to not only provide a high level of service, we wanted to build relationships with the communities we serve. In order to meet these two goals we made it our priority to be on site three to five days per week. This commitment allows us the opportunity to know the property extremely well and build relationships with those living in the community. This allows us and the community an additional benefit of efficiency and effectiveness. In the communities we serve we have been able to cut irrigation expenses by thirty to fifty percent. We offer an annualized contract which we have found to be mutually beneficial for Core Lawn & Tree Care and the HOA communities. We have removed almost all hourly billing item’s under our contracts. Including, sprinkler repair, chemical treatments and snow removal to name a few. In 2015 we changed our name to Cadence Ecologics. In 2017 we changed our name from Cadence Ecologics to Core Lawn and Tree Care which we feel better reflects our business. As we move into our ninth year of business we believe we have achieved our goals with those we serve. We hope to develop new relationships with individuals and communities who are interested in different approach to HOA Landscaping Management, lawn care, tree care and landscaping.
